  • Order details, pickup market, and pickup preferences

We use your information to fulfill and manage your orders, send you order and pickup reminders, respond to your questions, operate our Buyers Club, and — only if you have opted in — send you our newsletter. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Text Messaging and Mobile Data

When you provide your mobile phone number and check the consent box on our order form, you agree to receive order- and pickup-related text messages from Amber Oaks Ranch, such as reminders that your order is ready and check-ins about your pickup. You can reply to these messages to confirm, ask a question, or request to reschedule.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use your mobile number only to send messages related to your orders and to respond to your replies.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, our payment processor (Square) to process orders and invoices, and our messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver text messages. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, maintain your order history, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

6. Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying STOP, unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email, or contact us to update or delete your information.
