These terms govern the Amber Oaks Ranch text-messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our order form, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
Amber Oaks Ranch sends order- and pickup-related text messages to customers who have placed an order and opted in. These include reminders that your order is ready for pickup at a farmers market, check-ins about your scheduled pickup, and replies to messages you send us. This is a customer-care program, not a promotional one.
How to Opt In
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box when you place an order at order.amberoaksranch.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1–2 messages per order you place.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Amber Oaks Ranch does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
HELP: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email us at amberoaksranch@outlook.com.
STOP: Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving text messages. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.
