Ingredients

Burgers:

      • 1 lb. Amber Oaks Ranch Pasture Raised Ground Chicken
      • 8 strips Bacon
      • 1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
      • 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
      • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
      • Kosher salt, to taste
      • 1 ranch seasoning packet (Simply Organic recommended)
      • 4 slices Monterey Jack or white cheddar cheese
      • Tomato slices & romaine or iceberg lettuce, for topping
      • 4 brioche buns, buttered and lightly toasted

Jalapeño Ranch:

      • 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
      • 1/3 cup buttermilk
      • 1/3 cup chopped fresh jalapeño (red & green for color)
      • 1/3 cup green chilis
      • 1/3 cup cilantro, finely chopped
      • 1 ranch seasoning packet

Instructions

  1. Make the ranch: Whisk together jalapeño ranch ingredients and chill.
  2. Cook bacon: Preheat oven to 400°F. Lay bacon on a sheet, bake 15 min, flip, bake 5–7 more min until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Prep patties: Mix chicken, green onion, parsley, panko, ranch seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Chill 15 min to firm up. Form 4 patties.
  4. Cook burgers: Heat skillet over medium with a drizzle of oil. Cook patties, flipping occasionally, until 165°F. Add cheese near the end to melt.
  5. Assemble: Spread jalapeño ranch on buns, add patty, 2 bacon halves, extra ranch, lettuce, tomato, and top bun. Serve immediately.
