About the Tour
Once a year we have opened the gates and invited a hundred customers and their families out to walk the ground where their food is raised. It follows the pasture-to-plate path from one end to the other, from how we manage the grass to how the animals are cared for, so you can see exactly where everything in your freezer comes from.
