How do I receive my box?
All boxes are available for pickup at any of the farmers markets we attend. When you sign up, just let us know which market works best for you and we'll have it waiting.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes — our clubs are flexible. Contact us directly and we'll accommodate changes. We don't lock you into long-term contracts.
What exactly comes in each box?
Box contents rotate seasonally based on availability. The listed cuts are typical examples — you'll always receive the listed total weight, often with fun seasonal surprises included.
Do I need a large freezer?
Nope! Our clubs are designed for regular households. Monthly boxes are sized to be manageable without a chest freezer — a standard refrigerator freezer works great.
How does the multi-club discount work?
Sign up for any two or more clubs in the same order and receive an additional 10% off all your club subscriptions. It stacks with your 10% member discount on a la carte orders too.
When and how do I pay?
