These people know how to raise their animals – they even send out a weekly newsletter with updates. Their chicken leg quarters are a staple in my household. Butter, good salt, a slow bake and then a quick broil. Crispiest skin and juiciest flavor ever. Same goes for their wings and thighs. Feet are perfect for broth. Super fresh beef offal too. Customer for life !
